I've been poking at this for the last few days... heh. my characters tend to change appearance a lot, but this is the basic frame of reference I keep in my head for newt. I don't take it too seriously but for some people this is a big deal, I guess?please note that if I draw your character and you tell me NO THE EYES ARE THIS VERY SPECIFIC SHADE OF PERSIMMON i'll tell you to get bent.

So, stupid question, is she anatomically correct? Like genitals specifically? And is she cold-blooded then? Great character sheet, of course.

well uh that's a good question! It's not something I think about a whole lot so now I have to make stuff up. in my mind she's an anthropoid amphibian, and not some kinda human-newt blend, so cold-blooded, no nipples, and a cloaca instead of human junk. I hope that answers things!

Hum, I don't think I can answer fully without givin' you an essay and getting all biological terminology on ya, so the short answer is: It's complicated. Amphibia is a pretty diverse class of animals and they got lotsa different things goin' on.

I'd be willing to submit myself to technical long-windedness, though you're by no means obligated to satisfy that. I can accept the reader's digest answer. Did you study a lot of biology in school or is that just something that comes with being and anthro artist?
