Alright. My first Critique but lets give it a go.
I'll start out with the background, I do love the way you did the trees and the lighting coming from behind overall. Gives a nice forest-y like feeling! The grass around the wolf's body could of had a bit more effort or more to say been more thicker around the wolf's body but other than that the background looks pretty good if I do say so!
Moving onto the wolf now. I think you're doing a pretty good job with the fur detail, seriously! I love how you're actually making the fur 'go with the flow'! The lighting on the animal's body against the fur is another story though. Maybe try blending it more in so it doesn't look awkwardly bright against it. I personally think you did good about getting it in all the spots where the lighting should be hitting the wolf, though maybe you should of put a little bit of more emphasis for the shading since I don't see much of that I guess.
The anatomy of the animal is a bit off, it's right forearm looks a bit awkward in that pose don't you think? As well as the left one just being a bit too long but not too bad! You should also add a bit more detail to the snout of the animal Maybe just tiny lines to show a small bit of the animal's lips or maws. The rest of it's body looks pretty good though! The scarf or whatever the clothing is on it needs a bit of effort as well, the knot looks like a jumble of shading s: Maybe look some tutorials up about that! Believe me I know it's not easy, I understand!
In total I really do like this piece, you did amazingly on the background and small detail of the wolf but a few things with anatomy or coloring/lighting/shading could use a bit of change! I hope this critique helps in anyway at least ^v^
