Very good, very creative for a minimalistic piece of art. Coming from a gamer's point of view, it kind of looks like the Quake logo.

I believe this is one of those "beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder" type of pictures.The true mood is interpreted by the "beholder" of the picture, if one is sad the picture is interpreted as a sad picture, if one is happy the picture could be interpreted as happy, like the Mona Lisa...either way this is a beautiful work of art.

Lovely. I always get in trouble in art class for doing things like this, but I love them.
And you've done a gorgeous job - I love the composition, and how it gets less dense near the top of the piece.
It reminds me of flight, or of reaching for something.

i don't know if you have ever heard the song "love" by skinny puppy... but i could almost hear it playing the second i saw this piece.
i love it very much. it does what most abstract art now-a-days cant. it made me feel something in connection to the piece. ^_^

I just see a happy person with his arms up in victory o-o maybe thats too simple for people who seem to try and look way deeper..but for me, whom isn't exactly an optimist in heart or mind, I just see this as happy..the red doesn't nessacarily mean it has to be blood, or really make this dark, red can be a cheery color too...
Ahhem. Anyway, this is lovely art ^_^ as it can be interperted in so many ways by so many people. Brings out a piece of everyones mind. Congrats.

...not only it isn't a 'retinal' painting but even the texture is ridiculous. (since abstract and dada explores more that category and the inside thought). The 'symbol'..... "-" you have put as a hint or just to fill up the required space doesnt say much either. If you want to paint intellectual paintings, make sure you paint intellectually and then name intellectually. That's the 1 you must always refer to.

I'll admit that abstract art really isn't my cup of tea, but there's something about this that I really like. Perhaps its the way the paint seems to emanate from an invisible elliptic source, or the grungy feeling you gave it... I dunno. But + fav, and congrats on the DD! You definitely deserve it
