Well...the main reason he isn't in alotta eps is because he's mainly a comic relief character...like Ichi's family...or Renji..[lol, had to say that xD. Renji is almost always comic relief. Unless he's getting his ass whooped...and even then he's STILL comic relief.]

Ahahaahah Renji actually is comic relief- I never really thought about that before. I wish they'd just make an episode of the minor characters. They did that on Fullmetal Alchemist once, and it turned out to be my favorite episode. xD I like when kubo Tite makes the little side stories of Kon in the manga. xD especially him with Hanatoro.

In Japanese, your surname - or last name - comes before your given name. You only use first names with close friends. In the English dub, all names are switched to the first name. Therefore in English everyone will call her "Orihime" (first name) even though really most people call her "Inoue" (last name) in the Japanese version. Orihime never calls the others by their first names either. This shows the sort of relationship (or lack there-of) between Orihime and the others.
