Commission from !You guys, I was so excited to get this commission. I love Invader Zim so much. I was so excited that I started it like immediately after I got the commission XD
ANYWHO I've always wanted to make Zimmy-plushie-things, but I've always been so terrified to, because it's my favorite show, and seriously, some of the "professionally made" plushies (like the ones from Hot Topic) of Zim stuff are actually terrifying. And I'm always scared that maybe these characters just can't be plushed BUT I THIS WENT PRETTY GOOD. I think his antlers are a little more uppity than they are supposed to be, but I looked back at clips from the Christmas episode, and his antlers like frequently change position haha, so I figure it's probably ok (unless the commissioner thinks otherwise)
He's made of fleece with some painty details! I hope you like him

Yeah... I just tried to find it lol. No luck. It's always the things you want to find that you never can *shakes head* ...well it was like the overstuffed piggy and gir head ones that they have. It looked cheaply made and just...wrong.

But I know what you mean, all the official Zim plushies always freaked me OUT. They were totally terrifying. I remember someone got me a Zim one, and it had these terrifying bulgy eyes and way too big of a head and was made out of the grossest fabrics, and the arms and legs were all tiny and spindly and...bluhhhh. Never been a fan of those official plush, haha. I'm sure the minimoose one was just as scary.

Yeaaaaah they never really looked right to me >.> all creepy...and unnatural looking... why can't they look more like the actual characters?! =3 I painted a wallet with zimmy characters a few years back... I might still have a picture of it in my gallery actually. I think the only way to really get Invader Zim stuff that looks cool is to make it yourself

Everything in Hot topic is extremely cheaply made o________o ...I haven't bought anything there that lasted... everything fades, or breaks, or has some type of defect. If only I could make my own clothing... *day dreams*

It IS, seriously. I used to buy stuff from there all the time, but stopped haha. All their stuff is really expensive, but super cheaply made. I dunno, I started buying things from stores online haha XD I have more t-shirts than any one person could possibly need.
And man, I wish I could make my own clothes too. Sewing plushies I understand, but making CLOTHES...that is a mystery to me XD

I wish I could buy things from stores online >.> ...nothing ever fits right lol. I'm sure I'd buy something extremely awesome looking and it'd get here and wouldn't fit. I have soooo many tshirts though XD I have a few from concerts/shows I've been to. Those are definitely my favorites ^.^
I don't even understand sewing plushies >.> haha. I just need a personal tailor... or someone who can make clothes based on a design I draw. That would be awesome!

Hm... yeah...designing clothes *might* be a speedbump in the process... I would just want a ton of corsets and shirts that are cinched at the waist. I hate wearing stuff that makes me look pregnant >.< if I want to look pregnant, I will get pregnant. Until that day, (which will be never), I'd rather the "style" shift away from these maternity looking clothes o_______O
