I had this idea, because most people I know prefer to not evolve their dragonairs, rather than evolve them into a dragonite
personally, I prefer Dragonite - when used properly, he can be quite an asset to the team.
What he lacks in speed, he makes up for in attack, so a dragon-danced Outrage = SUPER-SPECIAL AWESOME POWER!! (well, that's my opinion)
this comic goes to those who diss Dragonite
he may look adorable, but he can pack a punch >:3
also you gotta love Charizard, for 'defending' himself

OMG
This comic is BRILLIANT! I mean I LOVE dragonair, but Dragonite needs more love- he REALLY kicks tail when trained right. ESPECIALLY with dragon dance and Outrage 
The entire Dratini line is my all time favourite psuedo-lengend dragon line, but for other psuedo-legend dragons I also dig Salamence and Haxorus. I'm also thinking if I should get a Hydreigon (that dark/dragon hydra one

Have you tried Dream World Dragonite? Multiscale might not look like much, but it gives an offensive Dragonite that extra bulk to live through any move that isnt Ice and get off a Dragon Dance.
For defensive builds carrying Roost, Multiscale is a godsent. At the moment of me writing this, Dragonite has gotten his title of most dangerous dragon back.
I really think Multiscale makes Dragonite the badass beast of legends he was originally intended to be.

yeah even though I love a lot of the other dragons out there (Garchomp, Haxorus, Hydreigon etc.), Dragonite will still be a favourite of mine - he's just so awesome!

it also bugs me how Gyarados isn't a "true" dragon, due to it being water/flying (which makes absolutely no sense XD)

Ah yes, I'm guessing that because in gen 1, the only real dragon move was dragon rage and that making Gyarados a water/dragon would make it overpowered. Still, makes no sense in the water/flying typing- especially since it can't learn fly XD

I LOVES DRAGONITE! i can never wait to make my Dragonair a Dragonite! Dun diss him! My dragonite is trained in Sp. Attack. so all his moves are that base. Fire Blast, Surf, Thunder, and....... DRACO METEOR! that move is used for emergencys only. anyway, I LOVE THE COMIC! favs and hugs!

yeah if I were smart, I'd get Charizard to use Air Slash or Dragon Pulse, or something to knock out Dragonite
that's the thing that sucks with Dragonite though (and many other Dragons) - they're 4X weak to ice >_>
