They're both pretty cool (even though such a massive sword looks slightly...odd in Isaac's hands), and probably an even match. Depends on who's concentration snaps first I guess.

That tends to happen when they don't level someone based on the time spent on the adventure that you didnt see. Also his level is determined by the time you spent on the previous game if you couldn't reach a higher level with him I don't see how its his fault lol. That and it is a story driven battle where the outcome is impossible to change. if you could actually fight the battle before felix arrives it would be a dif story

its more along the idea that the other group gains no experience during the travels. the idea that they wouldn't have been getting stronger and leveling during that time. at the end of golden sun you have the 4 chars all around 36 to 40. During the time with the 2nd adventure in order to have not become any stronger they would have had to have fought 0 battles. Lets say the story driven scenario where they lose never happened. In the time it would have taken to get that far where they meet up the 1st group would have been even stronger than they were before.
