Oh my gosh, another HoennShipping fan! XD I know it's kinda weird of me to get all excited like that, but I can't get enough of that pairing. It's my OTP for Pokemon, and I dunno why, but I love it when others share my view on that!

Yeah, HoennShipping never gets enough love, IMO. FranticShipping (the manga version) seems to be popular though, but I'm not a fan of either Ruby or Sapphire, to be honest. Also, there seems to be more ContestShipping (May and Drew) fans than HoennShipping, which kinda saddens me, considering that Drew can be a royal stuck up jerk at times. And I don't even watch the anime.
I draw fanart of Brendan and May all the time! I've just... never really felt like uploading it to DA. XD

Yes! I 100% agree with you! There's a manga? I've only ever played the games and watched the episodes here and there. The games were my real love, though. I like Emerald the best. Meh, I say that COntestshippers have the anime, the Hoenshippers have the games. It's that simple. I'm a fan of Hoennshipping, by the way, but doing it in the anime would be crack, since they've never even MET.

Yeah, there's a manga. Never read it myself, though Ruby (Brendan's counterpart) and Sapphire (May's counter part) struck me as characters I wouldn't like. Ruby is a contest coordinator with a major case of stuck up-ness, and Sapphire is very short tempered and foul mouthed (even though they both can be sweet... when they want to, that is).
Emerald is, by far, my favorite Pokemon game EVER. Best outfits, best Pokemon, best Legendaries, best EVERYTHING.
Beats me. I guess it stemmed from this one episode in the anime where Drew gave May a rose. Y'know how some people can get. Plus, in the few cameos Brendan got in the anime, you can tell he's an actually GOOD Pokemon Trainer. He has an Aggron, a Shiftry, a Swampert (YESSSS) and even a Rhyperior too! Heck, he's even Prof. Birch's SON! IMO, he's way better than Drew (although contests in Emerald were fun).
Well, I'm more into writing for those two than drawing. I've written a whole fan-fiction about Brendan's adventures before. May got this huge crush on Brendan (who wasn't too sure about her at first. XD) and kept scaring the daylights outta him by popping up outta nowhere. And yes, there is a mushy love scene at Lilycove's beach at sunset. XD

Yes, he's Prof. Birch's son in the anime, but he only made three appearances, and all of them were battles. You never even got a close up of him. ;~;

I thought him as more brash and outgoing, with May being how she was an NPC. Though, he'd still be calm and intellegent, while quirky. Kind of a contrast to Kid Red(as opposed to the cool and strategic Fire Red he matures into later in the game), and Ethan (though he does get better). Sorry to keep sticking my head in here, but I love to spam my headcanons everywhere for some reason.
Lol, I have to agree with the "seems the Japanese love male heroes who are just as dense as they are stupid. " remark said by Sir Draco up there. I live in Japan, but the kid's genre is LITTRED with this GENERIC, JUMP RIP OFF CRAP.

Seriously, I fanboy the heck out whenever I see any good picture of any of my favorite pairings. XD And funny thing is, I'm more into spunky and high spirited girls, so it seems we're kinda like both Brendan and May in that regard, non?

I'm the exact same way! It's pretty bad when I really get into something! That is definitely a good point. Sometimes I have to remember that; particularly when life gets me down. I just have to tell myself that not everyone is that mean/rude/hurtful/etc. You know, talk yourself out of it.

The Lyra and N Mario and Luigi pic was genious, you even have the little Mushroom Pokemon their too.
