You'll need to hit the 'download image' button. It's an older tutorial so when they switched the way the browsing works, it messed up the preview image/regular image.

I love this tutorial! It helped me with lips so much! I was just wondering if you have a few tips on how to add different emotions to them. I'm trying to draw a sinister smile, but it doesn't seem to be working quite right.

Some of it has to do with the eyes do. Generally lowered eyebrows and narrowed eyes. Upturning one side of the mouth more than the other can help too if you want a sort of smirk.
