I actually think I did well on this! (￣ε￣＠) Hm... Wonder who I should draw next...Anyways, this is Tiny Teri, who was one of my first 'pastas, so I figured I draw her. She's no longer a creepypasta, but I got permission from her creator, Krazy-Kaitie , to draw her as one~ Thanks, mn.

Ah, a creepypasta is a term for scary copypasta, aka stories/urban legends that are spread using the internet (copy and pasting, hence the name).
This one is Tiny Teri, a creepypasta about a 16 y/o girl whose friend was murdered and she ended up going insane and killing the three men responsible. She died in the story and, I believe, is now some sort of undead being, hence why she looks pale and her eye is clouded in this drawing. but I don't remember exactly how the story went, it was a while ago when I read it
