Feels good to take a break from my Renaissance and Wolfsbane work. Here is an Art Trade with the lovely, the talented, the one and only, Dark-Clawtron [link] of the Deadly Isles of Doom. (I completely made that last bit up. Blame the coffee overdose. Still, you can't deny that it sounds cool.)

Here we have Dark-Clawtron's beautiful Lycja [link] demonstrating her shocking powers with another avid fan of lightning, my very own Deyan Reign. Now, I don't know much about her, but let me tell you, she is an awesomely-designed OC, and my tribute does not do her justice at all. For those of you not watching Dark-Clawtron already, be sure to check her gallery out; I guarantee it won't disappoint. Anyways, this isn't my first Art Trade. I've done one with Linear-Toffee before [link] and this certainly isn't the first I've done with a large amount of bolts crackling everywhere. However, I believe it is my first where I've drawn another artist's character AND one of my own in a picture that is not part of Tournament. So, YAY, tiny milestones!

Note: I know it's over-saturated. But I liked the electrifying impact of this one much more my previous version. Yes, I lost a lot of lighting and shadow effects (yet I wonder if dark tones are capable of existing when you have bright lights all over you) but I much more pleased with the overall effect of this over-saturation. Also, this was before Deyan got on the bad side of Siegfried von Eisenhower, which is why he's still decked in blue.
