Love the colors and composition but a few issues I have with this spring to mind:
1. The exposure, those clouds are awfully over exposed and a little distracting
2. While I don't know what settings you used I think the fast shutter speed, while does a good job of freezing the rider, I think it looses the drama of the shoot by taking away any action

1. The clouds make the picture look dramatic, since the fact that they are that white after a very short exposure leads me to believe they were pretty pale anyway.
2. Have a look through any mtb magazine, there are all kinds of ways of taking pictures of riders. And since they rider isnt doing anything all that dramatic it makes a far better picture to freeze to freeze it. Also the wheels are blurred so the movement is evident.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and I respect yours. Just not sure why you're replying to my comment, why do you feel the need to? You're not the deviant who took the photo are you? Unless you are and you're using another account?

Um...no I didn't take this, I was just saying why I disagreed, just my opinion.
Just thought I might offer you a different perspective to consider it from. A mountain bike specific photo, rather than just a photo. Sort of an insiders viewpoint.
It wasn't supposed to sound agressive, I hate people that start on people online, sorry if it seemed that way. Take care
