Here's my final(?) Halloween pic of the year. This pic features the return of Riyah, and Mayah's older sister, Latta! (aka, Star-Raven). It's been years since the last time I've drew here. I decided to bring her back in the last Halloween pic of the year. Here, Latta is dress as a vampire. Ready to charm, and prey on any cute male she sees.Was mostly done on Sai. The BG was done in Clip studio paint.
