concept from the "scars of war" modidea is hes a big ass mutant who require more oxygen than that is norm to power his immense strength, uses a depleted uranium mini gun. Suit powered by a Deuterium reactor.

to much starcraft influence. change the helmet at least thorax section okay though if the helmet is to change.

i thought starcraft marines don't have helmets, but like gold visors or something? wait a second, they don't have helmets! what are you on about, this guy doesn't have a helmet either! its a gas mask..

SC marines have a fused head/thorax powered armor similar to what scars has, cept thier little glass cover is usually armor seathed and slides down when full face protection is needed from whatever. The neckless fused head and thorax powered armors are very hard to pull off not looking like star scrafts.
if you can do something with the nose of the thorax like an exhaust vent or built inside guns its a little large just to not have anything in it unless the person itself is that shape which isnt apperant b leg arrangment w/ back structrure.

then you need some counter weight to the back, maybe a heavier engine.
Also a sunken gasoline cap wouldnt hurt with some purple striped red warning (US navy colors for explosive/flammable + fuel) around it.
At least the legs are macho enough to handel the weight by apperance.

nobody is going to guess the shark head is a fuel tank really and if you keep it small it should remain tatical.
You could also toss in a flame thower in it too
