Description
So, I finally saw the New Nep OVA. And What Could I say about it? It was... Pretty Good!

Here are the things I liked:

- The New HDD Parts for Purple Heart and Purple Sister look great, With the Latter even getting HDD Parts way back in MK2;RB2. Purple Heart even has Purple Sister's Gunblade, Which is just Badass. Even know I hated Both of them, It's nice to see them get Upgrades.

- Seeing Adult Neptune and her Fairy Partner in Anime Form for the First Time. You can imagine how Happy Adult Neptune Fans really are.

- New Outfits appear in the OVA.

- The Animation and Art Style Look Improved from the Last 12 Episodes and the First OVA.

- The Music kicks ass, Even Tracks from 'Megadimension Neptunia VII' are Remixed in this one!

- The Cutest Sleeping Scene Ever.

- That Dat Noire Face Scene.

Now, The Bad:

- Rom and Ram get Kidnapped again during the Gate Scene. This happened back in MK2, But having it happening to them again is just crap. Rom and Ram really got some Moveset and Skill Set Improvements from VII, and yet they can't do anything to Free themselves?! They are also the only ones to not fight whatsoever.

- No Underwater or Swimming Scenes in the Whole OVA. How can you have a Summer OVA Without Swimming or Diving in it?! No Swimsuits are shown for almost anyone as well, But Rom and Ram do wear them in a Few Scenes, And they look the same as they did in Nep Anime Episode 8. You do get to see their Sandals, Though.

- While Adult Neptune and her own Fairy Partner Appear, No one else from 'Megadimension Neptunia VII' Appear. So No Uzume and Gold Third.

- No NEXT Forms Appear. Although, This is before the NEXT Forms were a Thing, As it takes place after the Events of Victory;RB3.

- Iffy, Compa and Histy only appear for the first Few Minutes of the OVA, Before they disappear for the rest of the OVA. They do appear during the Ending Credits, though.

Other than the bad points, This is a Really Good OVA for all Neptunia Fans out there, And you should give it a Watch. 'That is Cool!!' ... Almost. A Few missed opportunities to have Swimsuits for everybody, Swimming and Diving Underwater to See Sea Life (It could break the Nep Series's Curse of not having a UW Scene with any Human Cast), Uzume making a Appearance, Rom and Ram Fighting back and Compa, Iffy and Histy joining with the CPUs.

I Could think this was made as a Testing Ground for a Season 2, I think...
