Sorry friend, Taiwan is not a democracy as the United States. I don't have a stake in makeing decisions for a company since I don't own the company. Free markets work when the are OPEN not closed. If the company is doing something I don't like, I can work elsewhere, buy elsewhere and those companies go out of business.
It IS socialism for someone like you to believe that since I've hired you or you have at one time purchased something of mine, that you have some sort of right to decide how my business that I own is run. IT'S NOT YOURS! IT WAS MY RISK, MY MONEY THAT STARTED THE BUSINESS, AND MY COMPANY. NOT YOURS. If you want a business you have the right in the USA to do that. All you have to do is get up off your backside and work for a living. Stop demanding that you be free to take from others that have worked!

Those of us who believe in freedom believe also that such companies will go out of business due to their practices. Freedom is not shopping, but freedom permits it.
Socialist like you, choose to take the productivity of others and "redistribute" it to those who are a drag on society.
To group everyone together and say that all corporations "enslave workers, damage the environment, and waste" is just childish. There are far more companies who are responsible than not. They offer jobs to people and produce products that people need and want.
SO go pick up your welfare check, sit around all day online while the rest of us pay for it, and demand a share in something you did not earn. If the world was run as you want, we would all live in poverty.

You keep saying im a socialist while im not, sadly laws allow every corporation to do such things arround the world. In the neoliberal economy model the best way of getting large profits is trough shock, international explotation and open markets. Im not thinking in distribution, socialist nations proved to fail trough history, but also proved to fail what we got now since poverty-wealthy distance get larger every year. People should have some power over private companies, otherwise the selfish factors will always win when a profit speculation is made. We are running behind money, not freedom for mankind, we shouldnt confuse this concepts. Cooperative economy may be an alternative, local economies protected to reach a balance, could also stop corporations in their running for profit, or maybe you want to ask stockbrokers: Hey you, can keep profit away for one year while we try to clean the river by our new powerplant in Peru? Come on dude... come to my country whenever you want, maybe i can explain me better while showing whats going on where the tv is not pointing at.

What you miss is that everyone is bashing the USA for being a corporate company when corporations here are reasonably responsible. Our businesses are being shut down by "the people" who dictate such stupid guidelines that then make the company go under. "the people" who work for a company think they can dictate what they are paid to the point that if you don't hire them, their unions will keep you in law suits for decades. Government buries them with taxes and evirnomental terrorists shut them down for displacing snaildarters.
Come on dude... come to my country whenever you want, maybe I can show you whole cities that have becomge ghost towns due to "the people" demanding their way over the owners of businesses.
