I love the girl's pose, the rain, and the dreary, foggy background. But I have to wonder, what is the meaning of the clocks? Do they represent something? Time itself, maybe? I'm curious.

Beautifully created and blended and the subdued colour scheme, pose of the model and rain, creates (to me) an atmosphere of loss...lost opportunies and lost love represented by the hearts. The clocks are are one of my favourite symbols, which represent time that we cannot replace or go back to change decisions to prevent or change the loss. I love the swirly pavement, which adds focus to this artwork. Great work!
