Nala carefully stalked her father. Her paws were on the ground in a hunting manner, just as she had been taught. What she didn't know was that Faraji knew she was there. As soon as she pounced, Faraji ducked which left her sliding of his mane."How did you see me?" asked Nala, disappointed that she had failed.
"Make sure you don't step on petals when you're stalking," Faraji said,"It's a huge giveaway."
"Okay," responded Nala.
"It's getting late so you should head home," suggested Faraji.
"But I wanna stay up!" pleaded the small cub.
"After what happened with the hyenas, I can't trust you," explained Faraji.
"Fine..." frowned Nala. She nuzzled her father's mane before heading back to Pride Rock.
