Looks like a cross between the Autobot Brawn and the UltraMarine stuff from Warhammer.

the only one i know who has a termie armor with powerfist/boltgun combi is the ultramarines chapter master,

When you consider that the Emperor's Finest, the Space Marines, are a head taller then the tallest Imperial Guardsmen, and then that the Space Marine leaders, the Primarchs, are a head above them, and that this particular Primarch, Marneus Calgar of the Ultramarines is encased in holy Terminator power armor... The scale is frightening.

Marneus Calgar is not the Ultramarines's primarch...that honor was reserved for Roboute Guilliman. Calgar is a Chapter Master, the current Master of the Ultramarines.
Nonetheless, the average Space Marine is approximately 9 feet tall, and the average Terminator Marine is approximately head-and-shoulders taller(another 1.5-2 feet, given Space Marine scale). All this nerdiness and math stuff comes out to a whopping 11 feet tall. That is very big. To put it into perspective he could dunk a basketball and barely have to lift his arms.
