well it is (and i quote) "a term used in anime to describe moments in a show or movie when the quality of the animation improves drastically, typically for the sake of making a dramatic point or enlivening the action." do you want to see examples?

I do want to do it but it requires a lot to make animation. The first thing is deciding what to make and that's something I'm not so good at. I think I know what you mean with sakuga though. There's lots of anime that jumps from simple flappy mouths to crazy awesome animation.
