the episode was ment to show 3 sides to peoples thoughts on the film
1 loves to the movie to the point of imitating what the film says (cartman)
the other is traumatised by it (kyle)
and the other side just says it sucks(stan and kenny)
so you can see what the episode was trying to do and no cartman isnt ooc remember what he did in scott tenorman must die and even breast cancer show ever so yeah i can buy cartman acting like hitler and remember it was ment to show how immitatable some shows can be
