Dale Gribble is my favorite KotH character. He is one of my favorite comic reliefs (relieves?) ever, and he manages to make conspiracy wackos seem funny! He's basically a pest exterminator (and the only competent one in his hometown, but that ain't saying much) with some paranoia against the government. Hilarity ensues.

9. Cleveland Brown

MY NAME IS CLEVELAND BROWN, AND I AM PROUD TO BE...RIGHT BACK IN MY HOME TOWN, WITH MY NEW FAMILY!

Cleveland is easily my favorite Family Guy character, and my favorite African-American TV character (Chef is 2nd). He's a funny character who has some wisdom whenever Brian wasn't around. The bathtub gag is rather funny (NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!), and I'm glad that he got his own show.

8. SpongeBob SquarePants

Species: Anthropomorphic kitchen sponge

Despite some serious screw-ups like Choir Boys, The Great Snail Race, Squid's Visit, and A Pal for Gary (which are all episodes I hate), I still think this character is humorous and funny. He's a clever but childish sponge who loves to work at the Krusty Krab. While there are episode where he's just plain dumb or even annoying, there aren't many times where he's a bad person. Usually Patrick or Mr. Krabs are worse. He's one of my favorite comic reliefs, too.

7. Applejack

Applejack is one of my favorite characters on the show. I like rustic characters (her accent sounds cool), and it seems interesting how she likes apples and cares for the other ponies. Her accent is also cool, and she's kinda smart.

6. Sheldon J. Plankton

Species: Zooplankton

Before, Bowser was my favorite villain of all time. But then I realized he was an idiot for doing the exact plan over and over (but I don't hate him). Now Plankton's my favorite. I feel quite sorry for him after Plankton's Regular and One Coarse Meal, and he seems like a fun character. Plankton's lab is also interesting, and episodes featuring him without torturing (like Fear of a Krabby Patty or Plankton's Pet) tend to be quite funny/good.

5. Pinkie Pie

Pinkie Pie is a fun person...er, pony to be around. I always get a good vibe from her. She's also like the other ponies because she cares for the others. And she can play a mean trombone.

4. Philip J. Fry

Philip J. Fry was just another dorky delivery boy in 1999, but when a prank delivery landed him into a cryogenic tube, he unfroze in the year 2999...and became another dorky delivery boy again. But this time, he's funnier! I also like how his family still cared for him, and that he cares about his family.

3. Homer Simpson

Species: Homo sapiens (I think)

Homer is one of the funniest characters around there. Unlike his counterpart, Peter Griffin, he has never abused any of his children... ...okay, he has, but never taking it as far as wishing his own daughter out of existence or shooting her... and he's always cared about the good of his family. Peter used to, but stopped around season 6 or 7 of Family Guy. He's also a fun character to play in The Simpsons Game. Gummi Homer, Helium Homer, and Homer Ball rule! Also, his catchphrases are quite funny.

Gender: Uncertain, probably male
Species: Yoshisaur

Yoshi is my favorite male/reptilian/dinosaur character of all time. My favorite episodes of the Super Mario World TV show revolve around him (The Yoshi Shuffle/Born to Ride/Mama Luigi), and most of my favorite Mario games have him in it. While I can't say he's underappreciated (he has a huge fandom), I do say that he's one of my favorite characters of all time.

She also reminds me of an old comic strip character of mine; they even wear the same glasses and have a similar hairstyle. The reason I don't like Sway Sway (from Breadwinners) is because he annoys me and is dangerous, but Rainbow Dash is very likeable.
