Description
So if you've seen my AWESOME CHARACTER FAIL 01.. You'll be finding this familiar.
The EXO-SUIT SUMFING 4000 EX!
Exo-suit for modern female Warriors!
I just decided to finish this concept quickly...
Resulting in a Haloish, Metroidish, lazily executed armor of a femme fatale.
Hopefully enjoyable!
Any thoughts?

If this is finished quickly, I'd love to see what taking your time would yield. Nice work!

Ok if this is the female one then what is the male one?

I tried Aria's non-helmeted appearance a second time, wasn't too fond of the first. At the moment though I'm using a different hairstyle as a placeholder until I can figure out how to nail the description you gave me.

I really like that take on her, interestingly you've come pretty close to what I imagine, aside from the hair of course.
Also, there is this piece which have a pretty accurate take on the hairstyle [link]
How are things going?
I,ve been quite busy the past 2 months and it doesen't seem to get any less busy before june, so I'm sorry I haven't taken the time to comment on your latest works.

Aside from that I tried Skyrim. Game makes Fallout 3 look like a cakewalk, though I haven't played the earlier TES games. Archery was fun. I wasn't a fan of the melee combat - a little too twitchy for my liking, and even less optimistic about the spellcasting system. Traps were more annoying than ever. At least you could blow them up in FO3 or disarm them with a rogue in Dragon Age. Not the case here most of the time, nor was there any intuitive means of avoiding them.
Alchemy was annoying though. I'm far too used to how it worked in The Witcher.

Yes it does indeed have it's positive aspects and some negative, and I really haven't had time to play enough to get annoyed over the traps really.
I do agree, but then again I haven't got any idea of the system used in The Witcher, planning on getting the console version though.

The other thing I found was that there is very little character interaction. Followers for the most party are merely mules to carry equipment and dish out additional damage. They add little to the story.
But the game is still alright.
My only thing against consoles is the lack of modding, but enjoy! Not sure if there is a console version for the 1st Witcher game, since they killed it early on and haven't heard from it since. Would be great though if they allowed Witcher 2 console players to choose their Witcher 1 ending when starting a new game.

Yes it does lack some more dynamic... well liveliness really, instead of having people doing what they're programmed to do in a specific pattern mainly standing still, or walking around. It draws away some of the credibility of the envisioned world.
Modding is always interesting, although I haven't been anywhere close to it, i still see the benefits and potential it has, but surely i will get to that once I get to build myself a PC (still haven't done it yet)

One of the mods I wanted to get working right was ENB/realistic lighting. So far it hasn't been as advertised. Shadows with the mod and in the vanilla version are both glitchy.
Funny thing is that for games like Dragon Age, mods were a must have to deal with all the quest glitches that Bioware missed, yet still had time to do subpar DLCs.

Hmm, never heard of ENB, what does it add to the gameplay experience?

That was the one I was trying to use. Guess my hardware has its own differences.

That's quite impressive if the right settings are applied, some examples got a little too blurry for me to find it as a gameplay enhancing feature.
I do at least look forward to apply such mods myself once I get the time to enjoy games on a PC, probably not before the summer's at hand.

Yeah, that's one of the issues I had. The depth of field was too screwy at times, so I then chose the option without it. Apart from a few other issues, mainly flickering shadows.

Due to the hardware or the mod itself... Or both?

Never diagnosed it. Figured out anything that didn't perform right installed out of the box wasn't worth the trouble.

you sure its a woman made exo armor and not just a equal user armor. P.S. You spelled Fall as Fail.

Of course I am, the technical background story defines it as a unisex type armor, but in this context it has been adapted to a female user.
And if you refer to the title, it not misspelled, as it is a further development of a concept I designated "Awesome Character Fail" thus "Emerging from the Fail"

I'm not the kind of person getting easily insulted or anything like that, and I didn't regard it as disrespectful.
So no worries

I understand.. But not all have english as their primary language, so you can't help their lack of fluent grammar, especially as some languages have a very different grammatical structure'making it even more complex to adapt to english.
