Very beautiful, also feels very prim and proper for some reason. Now I imagine a sad, sad love affair between her and the regimental psyker, where they do nothing but stand just a touch closer to each other than strictly necessary and occasionally sharing a table in the cantina. They can't even hold hands, because it would not be proper.
And then one day, the psyker saves her life - and possibly the lives of everyone else in the regiment - but in the process, pushes himself to far. He draws too deeply from the Warp, and begins to mutate. He has just enough time to smile sadly, maybe even mouth the three forbidden words, before the Commissar delivers the Emperor's Mercy.

Female commissar's have to be the scariest thing in existence. I have no idea where to look, but if I take my eyes off I'm liable to be shot in the back of the head.
