Gnoll, she's called Verity. Don't know much about her, I think it started as furry trolling on /tg/. She's cackling mad and speaks with a German accent. The other nurse is the human variant of her.

googled his name, found out he played battle.net and he's born in 1988. He's named Verity and he uses a gnoll as an avatar, chances are: it's the same guy. [link]
