The Balkans... but not in Ethnic wars???Lore's in the pic, but as for why things are different than in OTL, Turkey ended up similarly to OTL, instead losing Thrace for whatever reason in the Turkish War of independence. Italy and Bulgaria didn't join WWI at all, Germany was allowed to unify with Austria, and Czechoslovakia never unified.
Also King Ferdinand's flag proposal was chosen as a new flag of Bulgaria.
