More is being revealed of EX Rage.Yes that is still Yukari's gap, 2000 points for anyone who knows what her purpose is in this.

Well this isn't really a level Rage can acquire on his own and is more or less an ultimate sync. Kage and Hikari both have 3 levels and a God level, in this their both God levels being synced into Rage, though since he cant handle the energy output anymore, the gap in the back is controlling it for him.
This lil lady controls the boundary of everything and manipulates his energy source. [link]
Basically without those conditions Rage cant turn EX. Just facepalm me if I go on jabbering bout stuff.
