"You were always my favorite, Mr Freddy. My mom and dad told me so much about you!" the little girl said with a sad smile.
Golden Freddy looked up at her and tilted his head, then opened his arms silently. The girl beamed and sat down in front of him, snuggling into the golden bear's arms as he wrapped them around her and hugged her tight. It had been so long since he'd heard those words...did people really still remember him? As he cradled the girl in his arms and glanced down, she turned her head and looked up at him with a smile.
"Are you going to play in the band again, Mr Freddy?" she asked. Golden Freddy considered the question for a few moments before answering with a determined nod and hugging her tighter than ever.
"One day, my little friend...one day..."

Sorry for being so late with this! I'd completely forgotten about it, to be perfectly honest...one of these days, I'll forget my own head. Oh well, at least Copper'll remember and get it back to me.

This is my entry for the contest by !
I was given Golden Freddy to work with and a choice of Mystery, Nightmare, Children or GIF. I originally went for Nightmare, but then learned that it was in the sense of having a bad dream, so switched the Mystery. I couldn't get it to work, though, so I went onto Children as I suck at making GIFs xD

So, here we are! Golden Freddy being found in the backroom by a child whose parents remember him and told her all about him
