Description
My favorite character from the Star Wars universe comes from the Old Republic era, Revan. Here I've been working on making a DAZ version of Revan, and as you can see I still need to work on the coloring an the armoring, but so far I like how it's looking.Related content

Did you ever read the book Revan? It's after KOTOR and helps explain the Mandalorians in KOTOR2.

It's good. The first part tells how he leaves to find the sith (bridge between KOTOR and KOTOR2) then what happens when the Exile (Meera Sutrik) goes to find him (bridges from KOTOR2 to SWTOR).

He's an immortal, and in the Shadow of Revan expansion he was incorporeal. There were a lot of theories Snoke was Vitiate/Valkorian/Tenebrae when The Force Awakens first came out, the The Last Jedi killed him quite unceremoniously and that theory went to the wayside. Some still think Palpatine was Vitiate/Valkorian/Tenebrae just using a new name.

I like the Old Republic era so I still keep up with it. The EU I kinda lost interest when Han became a father and less of a scoundrel and Luke could do no wrong. I just couldn't get into it after the Thrawn trilogy. What I like about the Old Republic are there are lots of Jedi and Sith, and the Sith are an actual species which really adds to the dynamic of their conflict and differing philosophies. Jedi have faults and sometimes there are conflicts within the order which stems from their interpretations of the Force. And don't get me started on gray Jedi like Revan.

I agree. KOTOR made the Jedi into anti-heroes, or downright bad guys. I loved that.

Exactly, they don't run things in the Old Republic era. Not like in the movies timeline.

I like the lack of "chosen family" that seems to rule the movies.
