I LOVE SWIMMER STEVE!!!To sum him up, he's a clumsy lovable goofball loser.
He can control water becuase of the hypothalamus part of his brain getting all enhanced in a pool accdent.
He was an Olympic gold medal winning swimmer before he became a super hero. Becuase super powered people can't compete in the Olympics. D:>
I'll tell you more about Steve when I get the finished product up. But know this:
HE IS WEARING A SHIRT.
His colors are dark blue and light blue. His gloves will probably be dark green.
