Description The Maya believed that their world would end on Dec 21, 2012. Of all the dates put forth by prophets and cultures for a doomsday, this is one with an authentic almost eerie feel to it. This idea is put to end of the world by cold.

This was made over a year ago as a collaborative effort, and i think got so much feedback in youtube and newgrounds, I decided to post it here as well.

I was a fan of this on youtube. Pretty inspiring piece. The imagery is loaded and very powerful. And there are a lot of very visual emotions in the animation style and lighting. Fantastic.

Nice work, having made an animated short myself I appreciate the work that goes in. I originally found this on youtube as one of those videos it suggested I might like. I particularly like how you cut from shot to shot - the explosions and transformations. I also really liked the colours used.

You know it wasn't just the Mayans who's calander ended then. It was also a couple of other tribes on completely different continents that didn't touch. Isn't that so wierd? And even if there isn't a real 2012 thing, there's supposed to be this aweful tsunami that wipes out all of the east coast of the US and i think some places in Europe. I can't remember. I saw it a really long time ago.

I think this 'big change' though would end not just human suffering, but suffering that people brought to the Earth. I sort of hope for it.
