The Lone Ranger was that masked man and he just happens to be the Great-Uncle of the Green Hornet, the subject of todays Daily Sketch Challenge!The Lone Ranger is a favorite of mine from childhood and I had to include him here.

i never got my sketch done, but i laid out a piece i would like to see me complete at some point with the Lone Ranger on horseback in background Green Hornet.. and Kato as a GIRL!!

By the time I posted mine, I was sure there'd be at least one more mention of the Ranger's link to the Hornet. I'd like to see yours at some point, sounds like a great idea (hope you throw in Tonto too).

my guess is there is not going to be much mention of this. as this sort of thing always happens. maybe at least a cool reference would be awesome though for the 'true fans' of knowledge!

There won't be any mention at all-both The Green Hornet and The Lone Ranger are separate properties, with neither able to reference the other, or admit that they're related.
