High level lazy comic design right here.Inspired by rage revolving around Rengar's recent nerfs, not my rage, Any champion that works on cooldowns/energy and has selfheal OR is called Teemo might as well get kicked out of the league in my opinion.
It would be cool if I could do something comicish with the void champs as recurring charaters a bit like this but I'd probably wouldn't be able to make them fast enough to keep it interesting.

i hope that malz was the one who wrote dat otherwise khazix is not only a master a evolution and hunting but also a master of arcuracy or something... how does someone manage to write on a keyboard with those scythes for hand XDD

XD Hmm, let's brainstorm about this.
Passive: ipv. onzichtbaar na een paar seconden haalt ie een schietschijf tevoorschijn na een paar seconden.

Passive: "bullets go here" after standing still for 0.0001 seconds teemo tapes a apple to the front of his face and declares to be in a play revolving around Robin Hood. next attack dealt to teemo deals +90.01% damage
Q: Blinding dart: Teemo is a clumsy bastard and hits himself with a blinding dart, for the duration he gets 2.5 attack speed.
W: Move/die quick: Passive, Teemo is a heart patient, and every second any movement speed over 300 will cause loss of HP equal to the amount of movement exceeded. Passive, Teemo likes to move quickly and permanently gains 1% movement speed every thirty seconds.
E: Toxic shot: Passive, Teemo's blowpipe is covered in poisoned needles, everytime he attacks, he infects himself with poison that deals damage over time.
R: Obnoxious traps: Teemo places perfectly visible mushrooms around which will make enemies grow considerably and give them the option to stomp kill Teemo.
