Adopted from Ahalteke , I immediately fell in love with this, like, the moment I saw her, I said "I'm getting this". I'm not really into purple or demonic characters, but THIS IS A DEMON FERRET and ferrets are adorable and she just had so much evil character to her, I just had to have her.

I tried to simplify her design slightly, to make her easier to draw. Ferret body shapes are great btw, they are so flexible.

I'm going to try making a full ref for her. With clean lines and everything. it probably won't work out an dI'll give up halfways, but I'll still try.
I'm just not a "clean lines and sparkles" kind of person.
And making refs gives on my nerves.
But. Refs are so nice.

Character notes:
~Her name's Pai-li. She demands that her followers call her Lady Pai.
~Female, size slightly bigger than average ferret.
~wasn't originally a ferret, she's just some demon who's form is way too scary and gory for her to move around earth in, so in order for her to be able to co-exist with humans, which she uses as her pupets, she took a cuter, less intimidating form.
~however, for those who know her, it's her small size and playfullness that are the most intimidating things, because she can trick you into thinking she's an innocent fluff noodle, then turn around, smirk at you and before you know it you've been tossed into the abyss.
~She opens gates to dystopias. Either parallel universes where earth is distroyed, empty planets or just worlds made of lava and fire. In general, if you bother her, if she dislikes you, or if she's bored or in a good mood and you're close to her, it's very possible you'll find yourself in a not so comfortable enviroment. And unless you also have some kind of teleportation power, or can change universes, you won't spend the rest of your days very nicely.
~Now, hellish-gate-opening aside, she's got no other powers in this form. She used to be merely a guard demon before she decided to quit her job and go bother humanity, so no cursing, fire-throwing or possessing powers. However, due to that, she has worked very hard to become as powerfull as possible, using her wit and manipulative character, various poisons and getting the best of her followers through fear and fake promises.
~She really has no ultimate goals or ambitions, she just wants to have fun and feed her ego, but she just pretneds to be a savior and peace-bringer who'll change the world in order to have humans helping her.
~Everything she does is in order to get the attention of a demon she has a crush on, who is at a higher position than herself and pretty powerful. Does she succed? We;ll see about that, I'm not sure yet where I want this to go. It'd be really fun to just let her destroy humans for the sake of her stupid crush and in the end realize it was all in vain, but I like to give evil characters a chance to succeed and have a nice life, so maybe I'll play around with the idea of having her crush be a good demon in reality, who'll change her for the better. Or she'll see that he's good and be like "naah I thought you were a bad lord of darkness, but you're just a lame gooddie-goodie who wastes his powers, bye". Idk yet.
~Her neck eyes (which I've failed to draw nicely meeehh) are not used for seeing like normal eyes (the blue ones, which aren't visible because they're pretty dark) but for checking dark worlds and deciding where to open her gates. The dark marks around the neck eyes appear only (along with her stripes and face markings) when she's using her powers, or just when she wants to appear scarier.
~she rarely uses her demon form.
~She's basically a pretty hard-working brat who's also kinda lovesick and kinda great at being a scary tyrant.
~when she's happy, she squeals and chirps and wistles, when she eats good food or is content with something, she purrs.
~She's written a book for her followers, where she explains her supposed plans for humanity and what a good human must or mustn't do.
