i'm in love with zoom ;A; i checked over the TOS, but couldn't find a direct answer.
would i be able to change the body type to the third one on the ref sheet? or failing that, make his legs a little shorter

So long as it's not a direct tracing of Zoom or anything like that, you are free to alter the bodytype however you want!
