I made him yesterday, and it was the quickest I've thought up , drawn and developed a character in my life. XD

Woke up today feeling absolutely terrible for how rushed his art is, so I'll be going back and redrawing him soon. I want to make his royal clothing and floating horn-crown super detailed and interesting.
His name's Savoi btw. He's pretty new at being an emperor, but he's trying his best.

Uhm, and a note about all butfurrs:
-Their tail is called Furr. It's not a tail, they can't move it voluntarily, it doesn't have bones or muscles. It's simply very long and dense fur. ^^

About his role as an emperor:
THe emperor in the butufrr society serves as their only connection with their old years, when they were an actual epire. He's their leader but doesn't command Butfurrs unless war breaks out or they are living in the Main city which is his territory. He's also one of their main connections with their gods. The emperor in general has as a duty to make sure all butfurrs are fine, nevermind if they are living in the city or somewhere else. he is connected with all of them but can only see their physical situation and not their thoughts etc. Of course, it would be tiring if the emperor spent all his days checking butfurrs, he only uses this power in case of some special situation. To have to the "emperor's eyes" on a butfurr is a great honour for that individual.
He can pretty much command any butfurr, but many of the ones living outside the city aren't of interrest to him.
Every emperor and empress has a specific lifestyle to follow. They can't have children or get married. Each emperor must have a group of students, hand-picked butfurrs, which are raised from an early age with constant training and tutoring of everything they need to be good leaders of the butfurr empire. Only one of those students gets to become emperor, chosen by the previous very carefully. Both male and female butfurrs an be emperors, however very few manage to get through the training.
After 100 years of ruling the emperor steps down, and lives the rest of his/her life away from power, usually as a high lord or simply as a commoner. However, since the appearance of an emperor changes with their coronation [they become twice the size of imperial butfurrs (who are usually high lords)] and their furr (the tail) grows to resemble this of a god, it's easy to recognize an ex-emperor upon seeing one.
Emperors while ruling tend to spend most of their resting time curled in their furr. they also appear in front of others only while wearing long cloaks and often hoods, as seeing an emperor's body is a sin.
