i know! And i've seen other countries versions of it and just like sailor moon they are so much more dirty than ours! But super super awesome! And Vegeta was never meant to wear pants. They should all be wearing bicycle shorts or alternatively long johns simply for the but flap which means turing ape is much easier on them .

becasue they couldn't make it as real actors because they look funny, therefore they are voice actors...the next best thing.
Also becasue they don't get the voice actors like the guy who did goku, to do the voices, therfore lacking in heer awesomeness.
