By the way... Is Iblis and Solaris the same thing ? I always think that Soleanna kept the Flames of Disaster considering it was Solaris when it was in fact the demonic Iblis... What if they've been fooled ?And Solaris, the real one, only appears at the end of the game to "force" Elise and Sonic to "destroy" Iblis...
And Mephiles ?! Is that just something created by humans to seal Solaris and that they lost control ??
Can a real fan explain me his version ? I freakin' love speaking about Sonic 06 x3.

Oh man it's getting really hot in here, and I don't mean Solaris ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). Also to answer you're question, yes Iblis and Solaris are the same being. Here's the rundown: in the past Elise's father and some scientist experimented on Solaris so they can harness his time powers. Not only did this not work, but it instead split Solaris into two beings. One of them being Mephiles the Dark, the physical form of Solaris' brains and cunning, and the other Iblis, the physics form of Solaris' raw force.
