after a long and hard journey the 2 ponies arrived at the chapel. they still hadn't noticed the little grey fillie that had been following them. they had been investigating certain strange occurrences in ponyville. well, the doctor had been investigating. derpy went along with him because he smelled unusually of cupcakes. she wanted to make sure she hadn't been with another mare. he was her muffin and no one else's. when they entered the chapel they heard weird sounds. almost like somepony was chuckling. they followed the noises, dinky still unnoticed. the doctor was so fascinated by the architecture in the building. there was paintings in the ceiling. suddenly derpy caught the unmistakable scent of muffins. no, a buffet of muffins. she followed the scent from instinct. dinky followed her mother, and the doctor was still fascinated by the many paintings, and architecture. she could now strongly smell the muffins, but when she found them she knew there was something unusual about them. they had faces. and not just faces like frosting, but actual faces. and they talked:
"well hello little pony" one of them said.
"muffins?" derpy said
"your name is Ditsy is it not? Ditsy hooves? the pony who everypony knows. also known as the paperbag pony and the crosseyed mailmare. seemingly defenseless and sweet right? but i know your secret. i know what you did all those years ago in flight school."
ditsy did remember. she had been trying to repress that awful memory. she lowered her head and tried as hard as she could to block out those words.
"eat us ditzy. and it will all go away. eat us. eat us" the muffins spoke with a sweet luring voice. she didn't feel like there was anything else to do. she bit into one of the muffins. and it really did make it go away, but her coat became even grayer than usual. a laughter was heard. the muffins burned her brain, it hurt but she could feel the memories go away. this memory that had been harming her for years. the reason that she could only say 'muffins' it went away. but it wasn't the only memory that went away. the graduation from the young flyer academy, the day she moved to ponyville. she wanted to stop but it was to good. she kept eating. it started of removing her most unpleasant memories, like the day she was denied muffins for 4 months, but it slowly grew to removing the more pleasant memories. then came the memory she knew would come. the day she bumped into the doctor on her way to sugar cube corners. their first date. the doctors proposal. their wedding. and then. the best moment of her life. the day her little Dinky came into this world. she begged while she ate. but discord had no mercy to give. but then. a nervous little noise were sound.
"mom?". ditsy looked at her little daughter. crying in the corner. she had been watching it all. the tears running down her cheeks. her mane turning grey. she looked down and saw that she was almost black. she saw her. the greatest muffin she had ever gotten. her little Dinky. she stopped eating. her daughter had brought all of her memories back. she putted down the muffins.
"my little muffin." she said with a smile, and with a happiness greater than any she had ever felt.
"MOM!!" dinky came running to hug her mother. Ditzy hugged her daughter tight.
"WHAT!!! you can't do that!" discord arose from the muffins.
"you are mine. no matter how i get you" he said and attacked her. his face had completely transformed. his eyes were black, his claws were bigger. she was certain that this was her end. dinky held her mother closer in fear. but then out of nothing, the doctor came to the rescue. he used his glowing light thingy (sorry i don't watch dr. who) to imprison discord into a glass wall. he was exhausted. he turned to derpy and said
"ditzy you have to believe me. i don't mess with other mar..." he couldn't say anymore as ditzy was kissing him. she loved and trusted him. he was her chocolate chips to her dinky muffin. she was tired. dinky was tired. whooves were tired. and she needed to go home to sparkler.
"muffins" she said and began walking home. she put dinky on her back as she was sleeping. she may still have that memory in her life but it was in the past. she had two kids and the best husband ever. she was happy.


and that my friend, is what you call a better love story than twilight

What I think is happening: The Doctor is mistaking Discord for a Weeping Angel, Derpy Hooves is about to ask what a Weeping Angel IS, while Dinky has been following them in secret and managed to climb up there.
