Hola I'm from
The heavier line work is good and the experimental scale patters are close to what you'd see in real life lizards but one of the things I don't see you doing is using the scale to note the shape of the animal. Reptiles in general have fairly consistent scale patterns when it comes to specific body parts. Scales tend to be larger around the mouth, ear drums and eyes. Scales on the eyelids are often tiny and can sometimes look more like skin. If the animal has a ridge down its back the scales will increase in size/sharpness (if appropriate) as they near the peak. The bottoms of their feet often have parallel ridges that range from hairlike in geckos to big flat plates in gators and monitor lizards. Toes will often have one big scale on the top of the nail followed by progressively smaller scales along the top of the finger. Some lizards also have bead like scales and tuataras (more closely related to turtles than lizards) have leather like skin and cuboid nodules. Here are some examples:

Hey! I've seen your drawing in ProjectComment and I think it's great
I love dragons, I've drawn them all my life and I hope I can help you a little with your drawing ^^ (Google translator incoming XD)
First a few positive points: the horns, the scales and the thorns are great. They are very well made, with a good texture and you can see that they are born from meat, they do not seem stuck.
The claws of the wing and its skin, with the folds, are very good too.
Good job!
Something to improve would be the anatomy of the members. The leg of a dragon does not differ much from that of a quadrupedal beast: a wolf, for example, or even a horse (if you substitute the hooves for claws) are good examples to improve the hind legs, while for the arms of the wings you can look for inspiration in bats. Think of the shape that muscles usually have in those areas -> oval. However, the bony protrusions (elbows) are very well marked.
The pose is very interesting. It seems that he is strutting, showing off. Well done for a sketch. But you have to take care of the location of the pelvis. On the other hand, it would be fine if the curve of the tail was softer and the dorsal line started earlier.
Finally, the eye is cool, but my advice would be to reduce it so that it does not look so "manga" and give it a more realistic look, according to the rest of the drawing.
I've taken the liberty of making this little quick sketch in case it would help you.
In general, it's a great job. Congratulations!
