SMS Derfflinger its plans started in 1914s and was launched in 1917s she was had a rather similar super structure to the prince Heinrich class ( its predecessor) and in its layout.her armaments included
● 2x3 16'inch mark2 guns (forward and second last turrets)
● 1x2 16'inch mark2 guns (in the aft turret)
● 16x1 6'inch mark3 guns (in casement)
● 8x1 6'inch mark3 guns in (in armored turrets)
she was the first 16inch armed Battlecruiser in the Navy
