Description
Sun gently bakes upon the metropolitan western coast line where people are showing the usual activity from heading into the cooling ocean to walking around parks for exercising, ice cream and so on. Amidst the busy flow of people are two canine characters wandering alongside a pathway between a major coastal boulevard and a grassy hill descending upon a nearby beach, with the male dingo appearing rather chill as he's holding a purple duffel-bag filled to brim with items while he observes upon the female dog's progress of walking with two air-tank apparatuses, seemingly having bit more struggle of holding the two heavy items in her hands as she huffs alongside her friend.

-"So... Ya think you'd need help still mate? You've been huffing and puffing for past mile or so", Diego brings up a polite proposal as he observes the doggo fixing her hold on the tanks and arching her back slightly behind. -"Nah, I'm good... I have certainly carried these tanks to be refilled by foot earlier. Plus it gives a nice dose of beneficial exercise" Brandine comments, giving small assuring laugh as she feels her friend patting her left shoulder. -"If you say so, Brandine. Thou don't beat yourself over into extremities since last thing we'd want is me to having to carry you into emergency room like a sack of potatoes when your legs give in" Diego replies with slight focus on irony in the latter part of his sentence that brings Brandine giggling, knowing about Diego's comedic tendencies.

-"Eh, it'll be unlikely as of now. I really appreciate that you offered to help me with carrying my diving gear to the city with me so I'd get them checked and maintenance into shape. It really surprises how much all of them weigh when you can't use your car that's under servicing as well", Brandine compliments to her dingo-buddy regarding the premises about the situation: "I presume that being mostly in water with them just makes one too used about not feeling them on themselves as one paddles and glides through water".

-"Ah, you're welcome: I just happened to have nothing better to do so helping you with this duffel-bag full of your diving stuff is really good beneficial exercise for my arms, which is good given my rock-high adventures at cliff-sides where strong grasp and stamina is needed" Diego comments, only for his mind to suddenly latch upon the diving gear he's carrying on his shoulder in the saggy, heavy bag: "Say... Just how varied in challenge and interest diving happens to be? I have really given it thought for few times ever since I met you and have been curious to hear about your and the other friend's adventures".

-"Heh, I can't really lie or over-exaggerate things so you can trust my words: diving, is just amazing and curious experience. From preparing for a dive with your gear to managing your air supply and maneuvering in order to experience literal floating feel and to observe underwater life... I can't describe anything more immersive and engaging activity than that. Not to forget about simple snorkeling or even going under with just one deep inhale of air that is more accessible and quite interesting for testing one's limits", Brandine comments with a gentle happy sigh emits out of her mouth right after the last word, hugging the air tanks tighter as they are turning towards the side-road ascending to the address where she's living.

-"In fact, given your interest to the matter if I happen to find a decent gap I could offer you a chance for coming with me to do some scuba-diving: I can consider it as a nice gesture about your assistance today" Brandine shifts her tone back to normally chatty speaking, giving a genuine smile at the slightly off-struck dingo rewinding the offer in his mind: "You really think so? Like, surely: that'd be just amazing! Thanks for the offer" Diego responses as he brings his arm to huggle Brandine's shoulders, pulling her closer.

-"Hihih, you're welcome. We can sit down and plan it out right after getting to my place: I certainly would like a nice cool drink after this march" Brandine responds with a blush on her face as she gently departs from Diego's grasp as the both slightly sweating canines keep on climbing towards the dog's house...

Can't deny it fellas; I'm pretty amazed about creating such simple yet descriptive scenario of two characters doing more regular things (for once)!

Something to give stronger stance on it is that this really came out naturally from my mind after reverting my character back to not being engaged in "too close" connection with someone else's character: now she is back to being her normal self enjoying the life while certainly making friends to spend time with when not on her duties as a lifeguard without having a rush for proceeding into anything serious. As a result it wasn't hard for me to pick one of her earlier friends "Diego the Dingo" from stephenthehunter to step in as one of male-friends in her life in order to give a nice mix into her solely female-ring of friends Brandine has had since she has indeed taken Diego along a boat-ride as the driver for the group in the past, alongside the fact how Diego also having outdoor-focused lifestyle (ex. rock-climbing and surfing) and his quite good physical strengths would be a really interesting trait for Brandine to be curious about and being genuinely intrigued about such character as a potential friend of hers. Can't really beat that explanation, now can you?
