Plover is a 3 year old IceWing/RainWing dragonet. Due to being 1/4 RainWing, she has colorshifting scales. These scales usually don't change colors involuntarily, unless feeling very strong emotion, but can still be camouflaged or decorated. Normally, body scales look like an IceWing, just the large wings have membranes that swirl with color. She had the usual features of an IceWing and frostbreath, but no venom.

Plover was born in the outskirts of the Ice Kingdom, for her mother, Periwinkle, a royal IceWing who was banished from the kingdom, feared the discovery and capture of her and her dragonet. Her father, the half RainWing lived in the Rain Kingdom for he looked like a normal-ish RainWing, just with serrated claws and cold scales. When Plover was almost 2 years old, her mother was discovered and imprisoned. Plover escaped with new scars on her chest and now roams Pyrrhia freely.
