Shiny Brionne is not purple. More like a darker shade of blue actually.

Oh ok and thanks what a real shiny Brionne really is and yeah that a hard change to get a shiny Popplio after doing a soft reset.

Of course, you can always breed a shiny. Just takes a trade or two away to get the parent starter with something that could use Masuda method or not, in case you don't have it.

Not really you can a shiny Pokemon in Pokemon gen 2 - 7 on 1st start on the game and breeding a eggs will take hours and same for your starting adventures.
