Thanks!! No, he didn't figure it out, thankfully. All the doors in that apartment had those lever handles (including the one to go outside) so we would have had some real trouble if he'd figured that one out!!!

Thanks! His pupils were pretty dilated when I took the shot, so then when I added the edits to the picture his eyes wound up just looking black. But then again, my other cat's eyes often get so big you can't tell that his eyes are really blue anyway. So...
