Made it to personal use. Inspired by "Timeloid" by Pikzeloid from here [link]Thanks to Pikzeloid!
This is the second time ever I do anything in 3D, so please don't judge me too hard.
And obviously you'll need Rainmeter for this to work.
Installation:
1. Unzip and put the folder to your Rainmeter skins directory (usually Documents/Rainmeter/Skins)
2. Restart the Rainmeter
3. I recommend using included background or something similar
