If they don't look exactly like themselves is because I didn't used references. (just stared a few pictures of them for a few minutes before drawing)

I recognized them immediately. You managed to make them recognizable but also made their expressions resemble woody's/Buzz' from the movie poster. Those men (especially Mr. Lasseter) are animation Legends, this really makes my nerdy heaart pound

BWHAHA, this is just funny to look at, this big guy just flying through the air like Superman. Honestly though, drawing John Lasseter as Buzz is flippin' ingenious considering he even kinda looks like him a bit.. at least maybe in your style. I'm right in the same place as you are for worshiping the man, he actually tried to make Brave Little Toaster before Jerry Rees took over. Though I'm sure you knew that already being a Pixar fanatic. ^^
