The first one has teeth... what the heck... I've always wondered about that... why the first movie's cover looked nothing like the Graboids in the actual movie... ><

That's one of my huge question as well, but then for years figuring that out... I think it's more of Gradoid's little tongue friends... they do have teeth and little horns on their nose/chin... don't they?

Yeah, You had no idea how I sometimes would sit in front of shelves of movies, holding that movie box staring at that photo being like....
GRABOIDS DOES NOT HAVE TEETH, they don't have those little horns... the hell are they?
And even if I watched it over thousands of times thru my childhood, I still couldn't figure it out... lol
Until when I am actually older enough and finally watch it again after several years.. I finally got it. it's their freakin tongues!!! lol

Why is it that none of the box art from any of the movies look like the grabboids in the actual movie?

Because if you look closely at it, it's those tongues that they've got, not the actual Graboid. I used to think that too, then I looked closer

It was fan art, someone drew it, and I wish Graboids did look like that, but then it'll be way too creepy. lol
