How did the name of the Seaclair come to be?
Long ago during, during a time of ruling royalty and battles for conquered lands, lived a King with eight daughters. The King's main interest was always to expand his lands and gain more power, and to do so, he had married off 7 of his 8 daughters to other kings or their sons in order to form financial and property based security and power. During an argument with his brother, the King's lands were threatened and the only way to settle this dispute was to marry off his last daughter, Clair, to his brother-- Clair's uncle, who had been eyeing his brother's lovely daughter ever since she was a small child.
Clair was a young, fair girl with hair of golden silk, skin like milk, and eyes of the most piercing blue. She was 16 years of age when her father entered her quarters and demanded she be married to her uncle, a burly man past 40 yea
