All the Subgroup crests are in there, just set the layer with yours on to "visible".I also apologize for this being so horribly amateur and crappy and... stuff. Ew.
If you open it in PS you can just replace all the text with the necessary info.

You can find guides on the subcultures and their power themes here and here ; as for the powers themselves, they mustn't be overpowered and it'll probably be just one or two (the latter if the skills in using them are particularly weak) powers that the character has little to no control over.
